Is it me or did someone break this?

I just got the code and compiled and reading BlogEngine posts does not work because BlogEngine is using a GUID and Melpomene's trying to force the GUID into an Integer. Seems like it never worked. so figure someone broke it or altered it to work just for their needs.

   /// <param name="post"></param>
        public PostData(BlogML.postType post)
            //dateCreated = post.datecreated;
            //description = post.content.Value;
            title = string.Join(" ", post.title.Text);
            //categories = post.categories;
            //enclosure = post.enclosure;
            //link = post.posturl;
            //permalink = "";
            postid = Convert.ToInt32(; //FAILS --- BlogEngine is a GUID id
            //source = new Source();
            //userid =;
            //mt_allow_comments = 1;
            //mt_allow_pings = 1;
            //mt_convert_breaks = 0;
            //mt_text_more = "";
            //if (post.excerpt.Value.Length > 0)
            //    mt_excerpt = String.Join(" ", post.excerpt.Value);

Greetings Mastro!

I apologize for the delay in this response. I'm adding the BlogEngine GUID issue to the list of items to fix. I'll have to figure out an alternative for those or just reassign Ids to the blog entries for migration.

So its been 2 years any progress on the fix? Or is this project dead?

Sadly I have not had any time to update things in quite a while.

I'll try to move this project over to GitHub shortly so that those that want to contribute have an easier way of doing so.
